We offered our first yoga class in 1994 with the idea that a quality yoga program should be affordable to everyone. When I add a teacher to our group, I look for excellent training, a minimum of 5 years teaching experience with 2 years teaching all level classes and an open heart that has a passion to help others. Our teachers work as a community committed to helping each student experience yoga in a positive way. All of our teachers love what they do and understand that every student is an individual. All classes are included in the membership and personal yoga training is also available. You will find our classes friendly and open to all levels.
Our instructors have their regular schedule but we also use a rotating system for weekend classes. Teresa, Erin, Leila, Sean, Jenna and Terri share the three Saturday morning classes and the Sunday night class. To see who’s teaching this weekend, click here.
